Delivery address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an error is identified; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Delays and non-delivery
Check tracking and safe-place or neighbour information first. Contact support where an order is materially delayed so the appropriate carrier investigation can begin.
