A Certificate of Analysis reports information about a tested sample and may include batch identification, method and reported result. It is not regulatory approval and does not authorise human or veterinary use.

Customers should confirm that the document refers to the exact product and batch or lot supplied.
Availability and corrections
Documents are provided where available and may be corrected, replaced or removed if an error, mismatch or updated record is identified.
